资源简介:
High-throughput RNA sequencing was used for the first time to compare the difference between breast cancer cells with overexpression of ZNF32 and NC control group. Transcriptome analysis showed that a large number of differentially expressed genes were found, such as PAK6, SOX2, ATF5, POSTN, NEGR1, BCL2L11 and so on. Among these genes, we found that they are closely related to cancer, MAPK signal pathway, microRNAs in tumor, apoptosis, p53 signal pathway, drug resistance of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors and hippo signal pathway. This study has a better understanding of the function of ZNF32, which is helpful to clarify how the gene regulates the growth, adhesion and survival of breast cancer cells at the molecular level. This study may provide a basis for finding new therapeutic targets for breast cancer.
