Powering Transformation in Cities and Communities Discussion Paper

At the World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) 2026, thought-leaders from the library field and beyond were invited to discuss how libraries can power transformation in key areas. Through the session, a consistent message emerged: libraries are not simply responding to transformation, but can actively enable and shape it.
