This repository contains output from nine simulations with the global terrestrial ecosystem model LPJ-GUESS, as described in (Braakhekke et al., Earth System Dynamics Discussions, 2017) Eight simulations represent a full factorial experiment to study the effects of climate change, atmospheric CO2 concentration, and atmospheric nitrogen deposition on terrestrial ecosystems. In these simulations either semi-constant, pre-industrial values or true time-series were used as model input for these variables. An additional simulation was performed with true climate, CO2 and N deposition, where ecosystem disturbances such as fire were switched off.
