Microbiome analysis in sorghum root. ITS in sorghum exposed to iron and water deficiencies

We have three types of samples (bulk soil, root and phyllosphere) as part of the study with sorghum cultivated in different conditions of iron deficiency and drought. We like to study the abundance, diversity and richness of the fungal microbiome that may play a role in response to abiotic stresses.
