The equation of state for Fe-2wt%Si-0.4wt%C was measured at the diffraction Beamline ID15b at the ESRF in Grenoble. High pressures were reached by compressing the sample using a diamond anvil cell. KCl served as a pressure medium and pressure calibrant. For the pressure determination the equation of state of KCl from Tateno (2019) was used. The raw data and the calibration file together with an Excel-file Sheet: XRD (extracted p-V-data) are available.
The phonon Density of States of Fe-2wt%Si-0.4wt%C were measured at the Nuclear Resonance Beamline ID18 at the ESRF in Grenoble. Diamond anvil cells with KCl as a pressure medium were used to compress the sample. The pDOS data for 36, 44, 55, 70, 86, 102, 140 GPa are available together with a legend for the .dat files and the derived Debye velocities (Excel-file: Sheet NIS).
