Member States and other stakeholders can submit the chemical contaminants occurrence data using the Excel Simplified Reporting Format. In case data are compiled using the simplified excel file 'GenericReportingFormat', they cannot be directly transmitted using the DCF web interface. In this case, data should be sent to the data collection e-mail address. This format is structured in accordance with the SSD guidance and provides features that support manual data entry.
