Molecular motions in olive oil from nuclear magnetic relaxation over five orders of magnitude of magnetic field

Experimental HRR and FSS NMR data acquired on an olive oil sample. The HRR datasets, stored in Bruker format, are pseudo-2D NMR spectra collected at different magnetic field values, where the short dimension corresponds to the evolution delays and the long dimension represents the frequency axis. The FSS dataset is provided as a 2D matrix, with the first column containing the evolution delays and each subsequent column corresponding to a different magnetic field value.
