资源简介:
Additional file 10: Table S13. HLD-specific gene deletion enhancement, not associated with ‘shift’ / growth deficiency. Data were selected for yeast-human homologs if the respective YKO/KD strains generated growth curves in both HLD and HLEG media (in the absence doxorubicin), and either of the following two sets of criteria were met: (1) HLD L interaction > 2 and HLEG L interaction < 2; these data were further filtered for HLD L Interaction - HLD L Shift > 4, and are presented in Additional file 1: Figure S8A.; or (2) HLD L Interaction – HLEG L interaction > 4 and HLEG K interaction > - 10; these data were further filtered for HLD L Interaction - HLD L Shift > 4, and are presented in Additional file 1: Figure S8B. Data included in Additional file 1: Figure S8 are indicated in the last column.
