Flona do Jamari Tree Species: Occurrence, Vegetation Types, and Threat Status (IUCN/MMA)

Occurrence in the Brazilian states, vegetation type, and threat status of 124 tree species identified with binomial name at one hectare of open ombrophylous forest of Flona do Jamari, Itapuã do Oeste, Rondônia. Occurence, Vegetation type, Threat Status (TS IUCN) and presence in the Rondônia state (RO) were retrieved from the Brazilian Flora Checklist (Flora do Brasil 2020). The Threat Status by Ministério do Meio Ambiente - MMA were available in 2022 (TS MMA/2022). The field Assessed in ter Steege et al. (2015) indicate whether the species had its threat status predicted for 2050 using the estimated population losses under the business as usual deforestation scenario (BAU; Soares-Filho et al. (2013)).
