Causing Trouble: How Praxis Changes Scholarship

Creating change is hard. It’s easy to get stuck doing the same things, which makes progress difficult. My thesis reflects on my journey as an activist scholar to understand how we can be better at creating social change. I reflect on my experiences working with the Save The Preston Market action group, the Bike Shed, and the Alliance for Praxis Research, in our efforts to try and make a difference. Through my research, I hope to show the radical possibilities of activist scholarship.
