We used RNA-seq to identify gene expression changes in C. elegans old-1(ok1273) and flor-1(icb93) mutants along with old-1 overexpression transgenic strains Comparative gene expression of oomycete extract treated L4 staged N2, old-1(ok1273) and flor-1(icb93) animals with untreated controls, along with animals overexpressing old-1 under its endogenous promoter (+old-1p::old-1) compared with non-transgenic animals from the same population as control; and animals overexpressing old-1 under epidermal promoter (+dpy-7p::old-1) compared with animals carrying the co-injection marker (hygromycin resistance) as control.
