Whole genome sequencing of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. glycines strain AM2 wild type and its PCD negative mutant M42

Programmed cell death (PCD) was observed in the strain Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. glycines wild type; Xag wt (alias Xanthomonas citri pv. glycines wild type). Xag M42 mutant strain does not display PCD.The whole genome sequence of the wild type and mutant was performed. The plasmid sequence of the wild type was earlier submitted by the same laboratory with accession number AY125331.
