Transcriptional profile of the CNS of pups from Zika virus-infected SJL mothers treated with nanoliposomes loaded with AHR antagonist CH223191

SJL pregnant mice were infected with Zika virus and treated with nanoliposomes loaded with AHR antagonist CH223191 or control nanoliposomes. RNA-Seq analysis was performed in CNS samples from the pups. CNS was obtained from pups from Zika virus-infected mothers treated with empty nanoliposomes (control, n=4 pups) and pups from Zika virus-infected mothers treated with CH223191-loaded nanoliposomes (n=3). RNA was extracted and RNA-Seq analysis was performed.
