Subject IC cluster assignments

Contains the cluster locations and assignments for each subject. Use clusters 3-10 (cluster 1 includes all dipoles and cluster 2 is the outlier cluster). Each cluster includes each subject and its component numbers, which correspond to the ordering in EEG.icaact (as well as EEG.data). Note that none of the last 8 signals should be used for this because they are EMG signals. EMG signal order is left tibialis anterior, left soleus, left medial gastrocnemius, left peroneus longus, right tibialis anterior, right soleus, right medial gastrocnemius, and right peroneus longus (in descending order).
