Mapping the spatial transcriptomic signature of the hippocampus during memory consolidation

We report a bulk transcriptomic dataset of mouse dorsal hippocampus to identify gene expression changes of spatial object recognition training. We report a spatial transcriptomics dataset of mouse brain tissue generated with the 10x Genomics Visium platform to identify gene expression profiles of spatial object recognition training. We performed bulk sequencing gene expression analysis from dorsal hippocampus of 2 groups (trained spatial object recognition vs. home cage). We performed spatial gene expression profiling analysis using Visium data obtained from coronal mouse brain sections of 2 groups (trained spatial object recognition vs. home cage).
