Supplementary figures and triangulation datasets for Okitipupa ethnobotanical venereal disease study (NVivo visualisations, animal/mineral adjuncts, hospital and NCDC STI summaries)

This deposit provides publication-ready supplementary materials supporting the ethnobotanical study of plants used for treating venereal diseases in Okitipupa LGA (Ondo State, Nigeria). Included are (i) derived visualisations of plant citation patterns and qualitative node structure (treemap and clustering outputs), (ii) supplementary tables documenting non-plant adjuncts (animal- and mineral/organic-associated materials) reported alongside plant remedies, and (iii) triangulation datasets summarising STI burden from local hospital medical board records and NCDC IDSR monthly notifications. These materials support interpretation of Indigenous therapeutic salience relative to ethnomedical caseload distributions. Contents: Supplementary Figures 1–4: plant citation distribution and NVivo knowledge/perception node outputs (treemap and cluster analysis), plus potency determination methods visualisation.
