资源简介:
The article presents the results of an analysis regarding the clinical variants and course characteristics of infectious mononucleosis (IM) in 120 children aged 1 to 14 years. Typical and atypical forms of the disease were identified, and their frequency was described in detail according to age group. It was established that atypical variants (mild/subclinical and visceral forms) predominate in young children (under 3 years of age), whereas the classic triad of symptoms manifests in children over 7 years of age. Key clinical and laboratory markers were identified to enable the timely verification of various IM disease courses and the optimization of therapeutic strategies.
