Wild crucian carp (Carassius carassius) genome sequencing

This project provides the raw data used to assemble and annotate the genome of the crucian carp (Carassius carassius). The genome was de-novo assembled using DNA from a wild fish collected in Tjernsrud pond in Norway. The Bioproject contains PacBio long DNA reads, PacBio full-length sequences (IsoSeq, assembled isoforms), short HiC DNA reads and short Illumina DNA reads, from one individual (S2019M4G1). In addition, RNAseq data in one library made from multiple tissues and individuals (not the same as the genome specimen), is included.
