Analysis of the antitumor activity of 4th generation dendrimers against drug-resistant lung cancer cells

<p><span style="font-family:&#39;helvetica&#39; , sans-serif;font-size:12px"><span style="font-size:14px"></span>Research data relate to the task &#34;Determination of the level of cytotoxicity and anticancer activity of G4PAMAM dendrimers against lung cancer cells with drug resistance. The MTT test was used to assess cytotoxicity. The .xlsx file included in the set contains measurement data of the MTT test absorbance value in lung cancer cells with drug resistance, i.e. H69AR cells after exposure to G4PAMAM carriers (4th generation poly(amidoamine) dendrimer) with 5-fluoruracil. Data from imaging of cell damage, i.e. expression of caspase-3 and a marker of damage and oxidative stress (8-OHdG, 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine) are included.</span></p>
