资源简介:
The molecular mechanism of microglial associated optic glioma is still unknown. To identify potential tumor-associated microglial factors, global RNAseq gene expression experiment was conducted in the mouse glioma models. After validating of prioritized potential secreted or membrane-bound proteins, chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 5 (Ccl5) was identified as a chemokine highly expressed in genetically engineered Nf1 mouse optic gliomas relative to nonneoplastic optic nerves. Some positive effects of targeted Ccl5 in vito and vivo experiments establish Ccl5 as a relevant stroma-targeted low-grade brain tumor treatment marker
