Raw genome sequencing data for Glyphodes pyloalis

Glyphodes pyloalis is a type of insect pest found in mulberry fields. Genome sequencing of this species to obtain its genome sequence and analyze its genetic background. By sequencing the genome of this species using HIFI CCS reads and then link the contigs into scaffolds using HI-C reads, this project will contribute to understand more about its genetics which could help address issues it causes as a agricultural pest.
