"Hochzeitsgesellschaft in Twistwyk." ("Wedding party in Twistwyk."). In the foreground, the picture shows three couples of probably mixed origin. The men wear very similar cloths, dark jackets with a white handkerchief hanging out of the left front pocket, a white vests, light-colored trousers, dark hats, white gloves and dark shoes. Attached to their jackets are single flowers with small ribbons hanging down. The woman to the left wears a dark dress. Flowers on her head and probably also around her neck. The bride in the middle wears a white wedding dress and a veil. She holds flowers in her right hand. Her left hand rests on the shoulder of her husband who is the only one seated on a chair in the middle of the group. The woman to the right wears a white dress and flowers in her hair. Behind the group, four carriages with horses. Men sitting on the carriages or standing next to them. On the left a women with two girls. In the background a tree.
