SPECT/CT Jaszczak phantom Tc99m projection data

This dataset contains SPECT/CT projection data of a Jaszczak image quality phantom (Tc99m), acquired with a Symbia Pro.specta X3 scanner. The scanner was equipped with a parallel-hole LEHR collimator. All data is stored in a single MATLAB .mat file (version 7.3, HDF5-based). The contents of the .mat file include: CT data: 3D volume of CT numbers with the respective attenuation map kVp and mAs of the CT scan SPECT data: 120 projection images stacked along dimension 3 (i.e. a 3D volume of size 128x128x120) The angular and radial positions of each projection image Total accumulated counts and the acquisition energy window (130-151 keV) Detector pixel size, crystal thickness and intrinsic resolution Collimator parameters: type, thickness, hole radius, septal thickness
