The present study aimed to identify a specific circular RNA (circRNA) for early diagnosis of gastric cancer (GC). Firstly, four cases of gastric cancer and their adjacent tissues were selected, and the differentially expressed circRNA was screened by circRNA microarray. Eight circRNAs with the greatest differentiation were selected, and their accuracy was further verified by RT-PCR. The sample size was expanded to screen the circRNA specific for gastric cancer
