Supporting Data for "Epigenetic control of an auxiliary subunit of sodium voltage-gated channels regulates the strength of drug-cue associations and relapse-like cocaine seeking"

Molecular dynamics topologies (.prmtop), initial coordinates (.inpcrd), and trajectories (.nc) associated with the manuscript "Epigenetic control of an auxiliary subunit of sodium voltage-gated channels regulates the strength of drug-cue associations and relapse-like cocaine seeking." Tarballs are included for each of the four systems mentioned in the manuscript. The four replicates of 160ns are included in each tarball in AMBER's netcdf format (.nc). All trajectories are the analyzed portion of the MD production run and have been stripped of solvent and ions and are autoimaged. Both solvated and unsolvated topologies and initial coordinates are included, as well as a final stripped topology for analysis of trajectories.
