That year, the combined revenue of Rubens' works sold at fine art auctions worldwide amounted to roughly 62 million U.S. dollars. Rembrandt Van Rijn and Wang Meng followed behind in 2023, with total auction revenue of around 49 million and 41 million U.S. dollars, respectively.
