To investigate the cooperative function of SAP30/SIN3A(SIN3B)/MLL1 complex in breast cancer progression and metastasis, we established SAP30-KO, SIN3A+SIN3B-DKO and MLL1-KO MDA-MB-231 cells by CRISPR-Cas9. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the parental cells as well as each KO cell line. Two biological repeats were applied for each cell line. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for parental MDA-MB-231 cells and its KO derivatives (SAP30-KO, SIN3A+SIN3B-DKO, MLL1-KO).
