Data set of physiological and biochemical indexes and intestinal flora of black carp

The data comes from the experiment of fermented plant protein instead of soybean meal in herring feed in 2021. The data include the physiological and biochemical indexes (serum, hepatopancreas, intestine) and intestinal flora of black carp.
