Revealing the target of PASMC from PAH patients and mechanism

The goal of this study is to identify the target of PAH in PASMC from donor control and PAH patients by transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) and the mechanism from transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) and histone modification (ChIPseq) Overall design: mRNA profiles of PASMC from 12 PAH patients and nine donor controls, ALDH1A3 target genes in three PAH PASMC by RNAseq and ALDH1A3 target histone mark H3k37ac regulated genes by ChIPseq in three PAH PASMC with or without ALDH1A3 siRNA
