Sequence reads from the ITS region (ITS1) from soil samples from oil palm (Elaeis guineensis) monoculture and agroforestry in the Brazilian Amazon

This study sought to understand the effect of land use change from oil palm monoculture to agroforestry on the soil fungal community and its relationship with C storage in Tome-Acu, state of Para, Brazil, Amazon. This study also assessed bacterial community responses under the same experimental conditions and is linked to BioProject ID PRJNA1188526.
