The hexane extract of Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) fruit was analysed using GC-MS.

This report presents the results of the chemical analysis of hexane extract from the fruits of the jujube plant, also known as Ziziphus jujuba Mill. using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). GC-MS is a powerful analytical technique that allows the separation and identification of chemical compounds. The aim of this analysis was to identify and quantify the compounds present in the hexane extract of jujube fruits.
