Three novel marine long filaments strains (MNP-M8T, Wsw4-3y2, and ABR2-2BT) in the genus Bernardetia were isolated. Only MNP-M8 show a predatory activity against E.coli. We compared the transcriptomic profile of strain MNP-M8T in monoculture to its coculture with E. coli KCTC 2571.
