Embryonic gonad samples were collected from a staged pregnant female for three consecutive stages 11.5, 12.5 & 13.5 dpc. Samples for both male and female individuals were collected and processed for RNA samples. After the Quality control check using bioanalyzer RNA samples with RIN>9 were used for NGS experiment. The aim of the study is to analyze gonadal transcriptome utilizing the maximum possible strength of next-generation sequencing. We have analyzed the gonadal transcriptome in much more depth by performing multiple types of analysis along with differential expression analysis. Novel candidates/interactions were found in all types of downstream analysis of this RNAseq data.
