The dataset contains coastal site names, elevation (in meters above mean sea level), and erosion rates (in mm/year) on several shore platforms on different rock coasts of the world. It includes multiple regions like Eastern Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Italy. The shore platform downwearing rates were sourced from Trenhaile and Porter (2018), Stephenson and Kirk (1996), Yuan et al. (2020), and Cucchi et al. (2006).
