Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, ob tiergestützte, soziotherapeutische Arbeit gesundheitsfördernd auf ein schwer zu erreichendes Klientel wirkt und wie die Begleitung von PatientInnen, im Rahmen der Integrativen Therapie, auszusehen hat, dass sie neue Formen des Denkens, Fühlens und Verhaltens entwickeln, um somit eine Zunahme der Lebensqualität und Gesundheit zu erreichen.
