Spruce beetle training and validation data

Training and validation data are provided in vector format. Each training or validation area comprises two geopackage files, one containing a rectangle defining its extent (_extent.gpkg), and one with all the dead spruce trees (_labels.gpkg). 

The file list contains metadata for each area, namely the Maxar image name and file (called PART) based on which dead spruce trees were delineated. Delineation was based on the native geolocation information, without applying RPC information.
