Metabolic Syndrome Dataset in Cuban Primary Care (2023–2025) Description: This Zenodo deposit contains the complete processed data and supporting documentation for the article on the triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index in Cuban primary care. All files have been translated into English to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and international accessibility. The deposit includes: EN_MetabolicSyndromeDataset_2000Patiens.xlsx: anonymized dataset of 2000 patients with clinical, anthropometric, and biochemical variables. EN_MetabolicSyndromeDataset_Update.sav / .csv / .xlsx – updated dataset with translated variable labels. EN_README.txt – dataset description, methodology, and variable definitions. EN_Changelog.txt – record of dataset updates and processing steps. EN_EthicsCommitteeApproval.docx – ethics committee approval document. Notes: The Spanish version of the dataset is available in SciELO Data (https://doi.org/10.48331/SCIELODATA.JIPF8L). This English version complements the Spanish deposit, providing translated variable labels and documentation for international reviewers and researchers. All data are anonymized and approved by the Ethics Committee of Cuban Primary Care.
