本数据集包含了青藏高原中北部尼玛-改则地区出露的侵入岩-火山岩的锆石U-Pb年龄、全岩地球化学和锆石Hf同位素数据,数据源自中国地质科学院地质研究所翟庆国研究团队。中特提斯缝合带的形成演化是特提斯动力学研究的重点。近年来,在二次科考项目资助下,团队针对尼玛-改则一带的侏罗纪-白垩纪岩浆岩开展了详细的野外地质考察,在此基础上基于这些岩石的锆石U-Pb定年、全岩地化和锆石Hf同位素分析,获得了该地区岩浆岩的形成时代(182 ~ 68 Ma)为早侏罗世至晚白垩世。在此基础上,结合全岩地球化学和锆石Hf同位素研究,剖析这些岩浆岩的源区性质和成岩过程。综合区域岩浆大数据,精细刻画了中特提斯在该时期的俯冲-碰撞过程。 锆石U-Pb和Hf同位素数据在北京科荟测试分析技术有限公司通过(MC)-LA-ICP-MS多接收等离子质谱获得,全岩主微量元素及Sr-Nd同位素数据在国家地质实验测试中心获得,上述数据质量优良,可用于青藏高原特提斯形成与演化以及造山带深部过程对比研究。

This dataset contains zircon U-Pb ages, whole-rock geochemical data, and zircon Hf isotopic data for intrusive and volcanic rocks exposed in the Nima-Gêrzê area, central-northern Tibetan Plateau. These data were acquired by the research team led by ZHAI Qingguo from the Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. The formation and evolution of the Central Tethyan suture zone is a key focus of Tethyan dynamic research. In recent years, funded by the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition Program, the team conducted detailed field geological investigations on Jurassic-Cretaceous magmatic rocks in the Nima-Gêrzê area. Based on zircon U-Pb dating, whole-rock geochemical analysis, and zircon Hf isotopic analysis of these rocks, the formation ages of the magmatic rocks in this area were determined to range from 182 to 68 Ma, corresponding to the Early Jurassic to Late Cretaceous. Furthermore, combining whole-rock geochemical and zircon Hf isotopic studies, the source characteristics and petrogenetic processes of these magmatic rocks were analyzed. By integrating regional magmatic big data, the subduction-collision processes of the Central Tethys during this period were precisely delineated. Zircon U-Pb and Hf isotopic data were obtained via MC-LA-ICP-MS (multi-collector laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry) at Beijing Kehui Testing and Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. Whole-rock major and trace element and Sr-Nd isotopic data were acquired at the National Research Center for Geoanalysis. All the above data are of high quality and can be used for studies on the formation and evolution of the Tethys in the Tibetan Plateau and comparative research on deep processes of orogenic belts.
