For the government service pickup registration operations in Yangjiang, it collects the unique case number assigned by the system during the pickup process, the designated registration department and recipient information, alongside detailed records of each link's name, pickup timestamp and pickup result. Additionally, data cleaning and standardization have been conducted in strict accordance with the *Specification for Data Collection of Case Handling Process on Guangdong Government Service Network* to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the pickup registration data.
