This study describes the epigenetic profiling of Mll1 and H3K4me1/2/3 in mouse ES cells with or without MLL1 inhibition/deletion Overall design: ChIP-Seq profile of Mll1 was generated in Mll1fl/fl mESCsmESCs. ChIP-Seq profiles of H3K4me1/2/3 were generated in Mll1fl/fl mESCs with 4-OHT (Mll1-/-), MM-401 (Mll1i) in LIF/15KSR/5% serum KO DMEM medium on Matrigel. Corresponding sequence profiles of genomic DNA (Input) for each data set are also included.
