Gene expression of single cell of rhabdomyolysis induced acute kidney injury cells

We used single cell RNA sequencing to identify the immune cells and especially mononuclear phagocytic cells affecting rhabdomyolysis induced acute kidney injury. Overall design: kidneys were obtained from control mice or RM-AKI mice, rinced with cold PBS and digested to obtain cellular suspension as described in the manuscript. Cells were stained with anti-CD45-PE-Vio770 and Viobility 405/452 Fixable Dye. CD45+ live cells were sorted using BD InfluxTM cell sorter (BD Biosciences, Sortware software) (pressure 20?psi, nozzle 100?µm). The single cell suspensions were prepared by following the recommendations of the Single Cell 3' Reagent Kit User Guide (10X Genomics, Pleasanton, California USA).
