Expression of 68 genes was tracked across different C. albicans strains and enviornmenal conditions using a custom 72 probe Nanostring library In the study presented here, we used a custom 72-probe Nanostring library to examine expression of genes of interest from 37 distinct strain-condition pairings, one with four biological replicates and 36 with 2 biological replicates each.
