数据集合整合区域劳动力核心数据。涵盖劳动力基础身份信息（姓名、证件类型、联系方式等）、就业相关信息（就业状态、就业方式、工种、收入、就业地点等）、技能与培训信息（技能特长、技能等级、培训意愿及意向工种等）、就业创业意愿（就业意愿、择业地域、创业意愿及行业方向等），以及返乡人员、劳务品牌从业人员等特色群体标识字段。数据覆盖城乡劳动力全维度特征，反映区劳动力供给结构、技能水平及就业创业需求。

This dataset integrates core regional labor force data. It encompasses basic identity information of the labor force (e.g., name, document type, contact details), employment-related information (e.g., employment status, employment pattern, job category, income, employment location), skill and training information (e.g., professional strengths, skill grades, training willingness and intended job positions), employment and entrepreneurship intentions (e.g., employment preferences, job-seeking regions, entrepreneurship willingness and targeted industry directions), as well as identification fields for special groups including returning migrant workers and employees of labor service brands. The dataset covers comprehensive characteristics of urban and rural labor forces, and reflects the supply structure, skill levels, and employment and entrepreneurship demands of the regional labor force.
