Skin-derived G-CSF activates pathological granulopoiesis upon psoriasis

This project aims to understand the crosstalk between skin and bone marrow in neutrophilic inflammation, psoriasis. As neutrophilic inflammation activates emergency granulopoiesis to meet the fractional demand, the generation of it usually is unclassical, moreover since immune cell physiology is tightly regulated by niche, inflammed niche might also drives supra-physiological biology of neutrophils. To clarify the neutrophil biology in psoriatic skin context, we performed RNA-seq from the flow-sorted skin neutorphils and compare the Vas (control) and Imq (psoriatic) group from B6 mice.
