Animal and sample collection metadata from Weddell seals austral summer 2022-2023

Mom-pup pairs were enrolled in a physiology and genetics study in Erebus Bay, Antarctica in 2022-2023. Pairs were sampled longitudinally over the course of the lactation period, and followed post-weaning. This dataset includes animal ID and metadata, as well as notes collected samples and available data for each individual. All animals were sampled within the spatial and temporal bounds associated with this dataset.
