Metagenomic analysis of the microbial community of environmental and bioreactor samples

This study aims to perform an in-depth characterization of microorganisms from different environmental samples using next-generation techniques. The use of metagenomic techniques will allow the taxonomic identification of previously unreported non-culturable microorganisms. Furthermore, the diversity, dynamics, and taxonomic identification obtained in this study will be the basis in future research.
