Solution structure of nucleoprotein domain 1 from the emerging Yezo virus

This dataset contains processed SEC-SAXS data for recombinant domain 1 (D1) of the Yezo virus nucleoprotein (YEZV N D1). SEC-SAXS measurements were performed at the BL19U2 beamline of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF, Shanghai, China) using a Pilatus3 2M detector. Data were collected using a Superdex 200 Increase 10/300 GL size-exclusion chromatography column. The dataset includes: processed and averaged SAXS scattering profiles (.dat); SEC-SAXS chromatograms and frame selection information; ATSAS analysis files; structural models used for SAXS fitting. Experimental parameters: wavelength: 1.033 Å; sample-to-detector distance: 2.7 m; SEC flow rate: 0.5 mL/min; injection volume: 150 μL; buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.5. These data support the manuscript “Solution structure of nucleoprotein domain 1 from the emerging Yezo virus” and provide the first solution-state structural characterization of YEZV N D1.
