Exploring the impact of various treatments on gene expression in olive (Olea europaea L.) drupes infected by Phytophthora oleae: Insights from RNA sequencing-based transcriptome analysis

Phytophthora oleae is a pathogen recently reported to cause fruit rot on olive orchards. RNAseq has been produced from these SRA to explore the differential transcriptomics response of fruits when P. oleae was inoculated alone or after a pre-inoculation with Candida oleophila (strain O) or with Trichoderma atroviride culture filtrate.
