FY 2018 Budget Raw Data

This is an Excel formatted version of raw budget data from FY 2017-2018. Field Descriptions: Fund: This lists the identification number of the city fund that the data corresponds with. Fund Description: This lists the name of the fund. Origin: This is the origin within the fund that revenue and expenditures in the corresponding accounts are derived from. Origin Description: This describes where the fund balance originated out of. Account: This lists the account number of where funds are drawn from. Account Description: This describes what the funds in the account are earmarked for. Account Type Description: This describes the source of the revenue in the account. Program: This is the numerical value assigned to the program that the account revenue is directed toward. Accounted Budget: This lists the dollar value of the funds accrued in an account. Type: This lists what type of transaction is taking place.
