Raw data underlying Ch. 2 of PhD thesis: Structure Guided Directed Evolution of Enzymes

Raw Data of Chapter 2. Folders describe results from the evolution campaign. There are excel sheets of GCMS results for activity measurement as well as sequence alignments for the choice of the enzymes. Figures in the Thesis that contain a lot of data have separate folder with excel sheets of the data.

第2章原始实验数据。本数据集内的文件夹对应本次定向进化实验的结果。其中包含用于酶活测定的气相色谱-质谱联用仪（GCMS）检测结果Excel表格，以及用于酶筛选选型的序列比对结果Excel表格。本论文中包含大量数据的插图，均配有单独的文件夹存储对应的数据Excel表格。
